OBSESS Cushion Foundation | review

Finally, I get to try the viral cushion foundation from OBSESS COSMETICS! I've been reading and watching a lot of good review about this cushion foundation and it is even viral at Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei! WOWW.. Obsess Cosmetics is a local brand from Malaysia and was successfully growing in the market especially when they come out with their Treatment DD Cushion Foundation. Let me share with you my experience using this cushion foundation.

This is how the packaging looks like. I really like the packaging!!

Normally cushion foundation comes in round packaging but obsess cushion foundation comes in square packaging which is unique and sleek. The color selection also beautiful (well.. it's purple!)

At the back of the packaging it will state the expiry date of the products and also the code

Obsess Cushion Foundation comes with 3 shades including Light, Medium and Dark

Net weight: 15 g

Obsess Cushion Foundation to claims to be a full coverage with semi glow finish foundation. It has lightweight in textures that make it easier to be used even for the beginners. It was formulated with oil-free ingredient so that every skin types can used it.

Love how detailing they design this cushion foundation. They even have their own logo on it. 

I choose code Medium which I think this code suitable for any Malay skin tone.

My Review:-

COVERAGE: The coverage is medium and build-able to high coverage, it is depends on how you dap the product onto the skin and how you blend it. It can covers up blemished on my face including my dark circle. Fuhh~

TEXTURE: To be honest, I wasn't expected this cushion foundation to be this lightweight. The texture is literally like water when you apply. So, it doesn't feel cakey or heavy when apply.

FINISHING: The finishing is semi-matte, so you need to set the foundation well if not it will transfer and not staying well. Make sure to apply powder after using this cushion foundation to ensure it last longer. 

LONGEVITY: It last on my up to 4-6 hours. Again, like i said earlier.. it is depends on how you set it.

Overall, I think this products works well. Make sure you check the ingredients first before you purchase, to ensure you have no allergies to any of the ingredients listed. Kinda proud because it is local brand but it works well. The packaging is easy to bring along with you when travel for a quick makeup application or touch-up.
