Deep Tissue Massage at HealthLand TTDI

Last week, I went to HealthLand Wellness Centre at TTDI to pampering myself with massage session. I heard soo many good feedback about HealthLand before and finally I'm here to experience it myself. HealthLand is a Wellness Centre that promotes holistic wellness and offering the finest and most affordable wellness solution. Yeahh, when I saw the price range, I'm also quite surprise because I expected place like this will charge you more by seeing the interior decoration but it is pretty affordable!

Once you enter the place, you'll see this registration counter and they are more than happy to help and served you. You can ask them based on what problem you currently having and they will suggest you a few massage that suitable for your needs. As for me and Sabby we went for Deep Tissue Massage treatment.

Essential oils

Interior design is good as if you enter another place that is cozy and peaceful.

Before the treatment begin they will served a lemongrass drink for you

Then they will help to clean your feet 

At HealthLand TTDI, they have a women-only-floor where it gives privacy for women to enjoy their massage as well as Muslimah-friendly. 

They have several different type of room, which for couple and single bed. 

Since I went with Kak Sabby, we decide to go with a couple bed

Then our 90 minutes of Deep Tissue Massage is begins~

Deep Tissue Treatment is best for relieve of chronic aches and pain, stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders. Because it uses the firm pressure and slow strokes method to reach deeper layers of muscle.

After massage, they will served you a ginger tea that good for your body

Overall, I'm satisfied with the massage treatment because the masseur is good and expert as they know which body part to target once they massage it. My body feels much for lighter and fresh after that. I suffered from lower back pain but it feel relieved. Yeayyy!! I recommend HealthLand if you're looking for a place for body massage. I will definitely come again !

 HealthLand at TTDI is their new outlet which is convenient for me to come as it is near by my house area (Kota Damansara). If less traffic I can arrived there around 20 mins ++. As for parking probably hard to get but you can park you car at the open parking space that charge hourly rate but if you're lucky you can park your car at the parking around the road area.
